The team at Imagin are a creative group of individuals who truly live and breathe the company values, striving daily to meet clients’ needs with integrity, agility and a flair of excellence.
After a short spell in the family business Terry began his career with Havwoods International where he found his passion for design, detail and quality in the hospitality market. As a natural problem solver he quickly built a great relationship with many of the world’s largest hospitality groups including Hilton, Marriott, Starbucks, McDonald’s, IHG and many more. With encouragement from his clients, Terry founded IMAGIN, where he utilises his creative, visionary characteristics and his ability to understand budgets and clients requirements to lead the business.
Kevin has a long background of managerial roles in the facilities management sector and came to Imagin to offer his accumulated skills and knowledge into the running of the company. Focussing particularly on the Architectural side, he rigorously analyses supply chains, sales processes and financial activity to ensure efficiency is achieved in all areas and the business is constantly driving forwards.
Until recently Steve ran a pharmaceutical business for years until it was sold in 2009. He joined Imagin as Technical Director in 2017, bringing with him his wealth of business experience, attention to detail and critical eye. He is perfectly suited to an industry where the smallest details matter
After graduating from the University of Aston with a BSc in Business Administration and Biology, Kate applied her skills in the Film Production and Events industry for 13 years where she gained her AAT qualification, a wealth of experience in business management and honed the ability to work under extreme pressure. This was followed by 3 years working for an Electrical Contractor who specialised in lighting installation and renewables. She has come to Imagin with a passion for excellent service delivery and likes nothing more than working in a dynamic and fun environment.
Our Senior Project Manager has come to Imagin following a career in Electrical Installation. This places him perfectly to know what is required of lighting and he has a deep understanding of what is required from the lighting supplier in the construction supply chain. He is friendly, approachable and can tackle most challenges with a smile on his face.
Carwyn joined Imagin after a role in sales in the facilities management industry and now heads up the Architectural division. A key player in the day-to-day sales operations, he enjoys working closely with clients to understand more about their requirements and ultimately provide them with the best solutions.
Our Senior Designer Perrine gained her bachelor’s degree in France before completing a Masters in Product Design in Birmingham. She brings her flair for detail and perfection to our lighting. She gained over 7 years of experience designing electrical products and had been specialising in lighting before joining the Imagin team. She is very skilled in understanding the technical details of what is required of lighting while being able to combine this with beautiful design. Since joining Imagin she has added items to our signature ranges and interpreted briefs for many clients with stunning results.
Riley started his career in specialist fit outs where he gained a wealth of practical experience in interiors. He then moved into an Operations Management role which gave him a deep understanding of the processes required to deliver to his clients. He joined Imagin as part of the Sales Team and loves getting things right for our clients. He has really enjoyed looking at our past projects, his favourite of which is the Twisted Olive Restaurant.
A conscientious creative with a keen interest in architectural and interior design, Edward’s focus is to further strengthen the Imagin brand and maximise its qualities to our clients. He works closely with the sales team to consistently promote our marque, and likes to regularly communicate with customers to share this value.
Since starting her career with Imagin, Rochelle has shown that she can use her natural ability to organise to great effect when working to support the delivery of our lighting projects. She communicates seamlessly with all stakeholders and does so in a way that really reflects who Imagin are. Her positive attitude and flexible approach are just what our clients need and she supports the entire team with her thorough knowledge of each project she looks after.
The newest member of the team at Imagin, Cassia hit the ground running and is already providing excellent support to our customers and her colleagues. Her role of Sales and Projects Co-ordinator means that she is already involved in many of our projects and learning at a very rapid pace – but she is well up for the challenge! Of our past projects, her favourite is the beautiful chandelier installed to the Hilton Dubrovnik
